I bought this charger to supply my new high power bank. An old charger that advertised QC 3.0 compatibility could not provide more than 8W. This charger provides 21W at 80% of the power bank rate. I would expect to see 25W full of low power bank, but I have never checked it out. It seems that PD / PPS agreements are being done right, because this is what my energy bank needs.
At 21W charging, the charger did not overheat. It was a little hot. Considering that it was operating almost with its high output capacity, it is a sign of efficiency.
And the look and feel of the charger is good.

I have used this brand over the years (from iPods and mp3 players) about 5 times: the ipod car adapter first and some have been mobile chargers (androids) and have always had comparable quality and power in the manufacturer. I needed a second charger with this new blocking style with no USB end. You do not always want to pay the full amount of the backup charger for sure. But I would use this as my main charger. It works well, it doesn't burn! I have had it for about a year, no complaints.
